1. Who we are

This website is operated by JJ Reed & Associates LLC ("JJ Reed & Associates," "we," "us"), an independent insurance agency.

• JJ Reed & Associates LLC is a Texas General Lines Agency, Property and Casualty, License No. 3543562.
• Principal agent: Jeremy Jason Reed, Texas License #1421967, NPN #8980698.
• Jeremy Jason Reed also holds an individual non-resident Oklahoma producer license. JJ Reed & Associates LLC currently markets insurance services through this website to Texas clients only.

We also refer clients to third-party equipment finance providers (see Equipment finance services below).

By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. General information only

Content on this site is general information about insurance and equipment finance. It is not legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice, and it is not a recommendation about your specific situation. Coverage needs depend on your operations, contracts, and regulatory obligations. Speak with a licensed agent before making coverage decisions.

The Comprehensive Underwriting Audit carries no obligation to purchase. Findings are informational, and coverage is subject to policy terms and carrier underwriting.

3. Where we do business

JJ Reed & Associates LLC currently markets insurance services through this website to Texas clients only. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance in any state where the agency or producer is not properly licensed or authorized.

4. No coverage until bound

Submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking a call, or speaking with us does not bind, create, change, or renew coverage. Coverage begins only when an insurer accepts the risk and you receive written confirmation of binding. Coverage cannot be bound or changed by email or voicemail.

Claim assistance is available for policies placed through JJ Reed & Associates. For policies written by another agency, please contact that agency, your insurer, or a licensed public adjuster.

Quotes and premium estimates are not guarantees. They depend on the information provided, underwriting review, and the insurer's final terms. The issued policy, including its declarations, forms, endorsements, and exclusions, controls over anything on this site or said in conversation.

5. Equipment finance services

JJ Reed & Associates LLC may provide access to equipment finance or refinance options through third-party lenders, finance companies, brokers, or referral partners.

JJ Reed & Associates LLC is not a bank, lender, credit union, or financing company. Financing is subject to application, underwriting, approval, credit review, collateral review, lender requirements, documentation, and final terms offered by the financing provider.

We may receive compensation from the financing provider when you work with them.

Any payment estimate, rate estimate, approval discussion, or financing example is for general informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of approval, rate, payment, term, funding, or savings.

Insurance and financing are offered independently. Neither is required to obtain the other, and neither affects the other's pricing or availability. Review all financing documents carefully and consult your own tax, legal, or financial advisor before entering into any financing agreement.

6. Your information must be accurate

You agree to give complete and accurate information. Insurers rely on what you submit. Incomplete, inaccurate, or misrepresented information can affect your quote, lead to denial of a claim, or cause a policy to be rescinded or canceled.

7. Consent to contact

If you check the consent box when submitting your contact information through this site, you agree that JJ Reed & Associates may contact you about insurance and equipment finance at the phone number and email you provide, including by call, text message, and email. Calls and texts may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of calls or email by telling us or emailing service@reedinsure.com.

8. Scheduling and recorded meetings

Scheduling is handled by Calendly. If you choose a Microsoft Teams meeting, the meeting may be recorded and transcribed for note-taking and service purposes. You will be told at the start of the meeting, and you may ask that it not be recorded. Phone calls are not recorded unless we tell you first.

9. How we are paid

As an independent agency, we are generally paid commissions by the insurers we place business with. We may also receive other compensation from insurers or from intermediaries such as wholesalers or managing general agents.

10. Affiliated businesses

JJ Reed & Associates LLC is affiliated through common ownership with Reed Property Solutions LLC, d/b/a RPS Trades.

RPS Trades is a separate business from JJ Reed & Associates LLC. RPS Trades connects property owners with independent trade providers and is not an insurance agency, insurer, lender, general contractor, public adjuster, law firm, or claims consultant.

Using JJ Reed & Associates LLC does not require using RPS Trades, and using RPS Trades does not require purchasing insurance or equipment finance services from JJ Reed & Associates LLC.

Information may be shared between affiliated businesses only as permitted by law, with your consent where required, or as needed to provide a service you requested.

11. Third-party services and links

This site uses third-party services, including Web3Forms (form submission), Calendly (scheduling), and Microsoft Teams (meetings). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services.

12. Your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request and to provide insurance and equipment finance services. We may share information with affiliated businesses, including Reed Property Solutions LLC, d/b/a RPS Trades, only when reasonably related to a service you requested, with your consent where required, or as otherwise permitted by law. 13. Use of this site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site, or submit false information or information about another person without their authority.

All content, logos, and design on this site belong to JJ Reed & Associates LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Content may be out of date and may change without notice.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JJ Reed & Associates LLC and its owners, agents, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. This section applies to use of the website only. It does not limit any duty we owe you as your licensed insurance agent under applicable law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
