A coordinated view of your exposures.

We review the details across your policies so each coverage serves a defined purpose.

General liability

Evaluate protection for covered third-party bodily injury, property damage, and other liability exposures arising from your operations.

Workers’ compensation

Consider coverage for eligible work-related employee injuries and illnesses, along with the requirements affecting your business.

Commercial auto

Match vehicle use, drivers, operating radius, and ownership to liability and physical damage coverage.

Business owner’s policy

For eligible businesses, review a package combining property and liability with available additional coverages.

Commercial property

Evaluate buildings, equipment, inventory, business personal property, and business income exposures.

Artisan contractors

Review trade-specific operations, tools and equipment, job-site exposures, subcontracting, and contract requirements.

A deliberate decision about employee injury coverage.

Texas lets most private employers opt out of workers’ compensation. Some employers and projects have coverage requirements, including certain government contracts.

We also place occupational accident and other nonsubscriber options for eligible businesses. These options differ from statutory workers’ compensation in benefits, protections, and employer obligations.

Keep your coverage. Keep your cash.

While standard admitted commercial lines often offer carrier installment plans, many specialty policies, excess and surplus lines, and program markets common in trucking require the premium paid in full up front. Premium financing through our licensed third-party partner spreads that premium into monthly payments. We quote it alongside your coverage.

About premium financing. Provided by a licensed third-party premium finance company, not by JJ Reed & Associates. Optional, and subject to approval and a written premium finance agreement. On commercial policies, JJ Reed & Associates may receive compensation from the finance company.
